Return & Refund Policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns of products without defects

To qualify for a return, a product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Chemical raw materials and animal feed that are not defective may be returned only if their packaging has not been opened.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for products that are not defective. Mendeleev Inc. does not charge a restocking fee or any other return fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If a product is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within the 30-day return window. Mendeleev Inc. will pay the return shipping costs for an approved claim.

The unopened-packaging requirement does not apply to a claim involving a defective, transit-damaged, or incorrect product.

How to request a return

2. Provide your order details, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. For damage or defects, include clear photos if requested.
3. Wait for approval and return instructions. We normally respond within 1–2 business days.

We will provide the return address after your return is approved. Do not send returns to Mendeleev Inc.'s legal or business address unless our support team specifically identifies that address in your return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process an approved refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping timing

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, and transit within the United States usually takes 3–5 business days after the order ships.
